Job Summary
CSR responsibilities include taking orders over the phone and in person, greeting customers promptly, building relationships, and upselling. CSR roles involve front-line customer care, cash handling, maintaining a clean and organized store, assisting Pizza Makers with toppings and dough, and supporting pizza preparation as needed. The positions emphasize in-store customer service, teamwork, training opportunities, and opportunities for career progression within the Domino's store network. Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, strong numerical and telephone skills, comfort with data entry and order processing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting quality standards. Required Qualifications
- An EXCEPTIONAL and POSITIVE attitude
- You must be 16 years of age or older.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-Team Members to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Talking and hearing on telephone
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
- Depth perception
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
