Operate equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete paperwork, and clean equipment and facility for all hourly store team members. Training is provided on the job. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to process orders both over the phone and in person. Basic math skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide and to make correct monetary change, with ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Includes potential delivery duties: deliver product by car to customers with a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Physical tasks include standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and navigating stairs as part of delivery; work environments include varied temperatures and outdoor exposure.
