Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area, and prepare products for customers. Take and process telephone orders and in-person orders, manage inventory and related paperwork, and maintain clean equipment and facilities. Training is provided on the job. Strong verbal and written communication to process orders, with ability to perform basic math for correct monetary change. Physical tasks include standing, lifting, and manual operation of equipment; work environment includes variable temperatures and occasional heavy-duty tasks.
