Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations including operating equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery areas to storage and coolers, and preparing products. Receive and process telephone and in-person orders while maintaining accurate inventory and completing associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily, manage bulk product deliveries using hand trucks, and perform repetitive assembly tasks requiring precise eye-hand coordination. Navigate adverse weather and varying temperatures while handling heavy items up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders for maintenance. Drive vehicles to deliver products and flyers to customers within designated areas, utilizing valid licenses and navigational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Valid drivers license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
