Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for a restaurant setting, performing duties including operating equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage and work areas, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking and processing orders over the phone and in person, performing inventory and associated paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and work areas. Requires strong verbal, written, and telephone communication; ability to enter orders via computer keyboard or touchscreen; basic math for monetary transactions; physical ability to stand for long periods and handle tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, and moving/delivering products as needed. Delivery responsibilities include driving to customer locations with a valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Training provided on the job; full-time benefits offered for qualifying employees.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Ability to comprehend and give written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately; monetary change handling
