Customer Service Rep(06811) - 7036 FM 1960 Rd E

Operate equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage/work area, and prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders, and take orders both over the phone and in person. Clean equipment and facility daily, take inventory, and complete paperwork. Training orientation and on-the-job training provided. Must communicate effectively (verbal, written) with customers and co-workers, and perform arithmetic for orders and change. Demonstrates ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen; work in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions and in temperatures ranging from cool to hot; handle food odors and cornmeal dust; and work both independently and with others, under stress while maintaining quality control standards. Roles involve standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional climbing or bending as described in the job duties.
