As a Customer Service Representative at Domino’s Pizza Team DAKS, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are taken accurately and concerns are handled efficiently. You will assist in food preparation, maintain store cleanliness, and provide friendly service to enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers in-person and over the phone, entering orders, handling payments, making product recommendations, resolving complaints professionally, assisting with pizza and menu-item prep, maintaining lobby and restrooms, ensuring health and safety standards, working with the team to meet service goals, stocking and inventory management, and possessing strong communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, with a minimum age of 16.
