Job Summary
Customer Service Representative in Harlingen, TX with part-time shifts including nights and weekends. Cross-trained to assist with other workstation duties in a restaurant environment. Requires strong verbal and written communication, basic math/problem-solving skills, and proficiency with customer service software and basic computer use. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus for the Harlingen location. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced setting and maintain a patient, empathetic approach with customers. Required Qualifications
