Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at Domino's Pizza location 2411 Avenue I in Huntsville, TX. Responsibilities include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage and work areas, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and facilities daily. Strong communication skills are required to understand and convey written instructions and to interact with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person. Must be able to perform basic math for monetary transactions, enter orders via computer keyboard or touchscreen, and navigate maps to delivery locations, including navigating multi-story buildings and various delivery sites. 16+ years old and an outgoing personality are requested.

- Clean equipment and facility on a daily basis
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
