Job Summary
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler, prepare product, and receive telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork while cleaning equipment and facility daily. Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders in person or over the phone, ensuring accurate monetary change and precise movements for order entry. Perform these duties while passing a background check and completing on-the-job orientation and training.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Pass a background check
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movement with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
