Job Summary
Customer Service Rep duties include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone and in-person orders, taking inventory and completing related paperwork, and daily cleaning of equipment and facility. Strong communication skills, basic math for handling monetary transactions, and the ability to input orders via keyboard or touchscreen are required.
Required Qualifications
- You must be 16 years of age or older

- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- Orientation and training provided on the job.
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movement with speed.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
