Customer Service Rep(06499) - 1337 East Hwy 152

Customer Service Rep duties include operating all equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients from delivery to storage/work area and walk-in cooler, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone and internet orders, counting inventory, and completing paperwork. Requires strong customer service skills and the ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers both over the phone and in person. Must be able to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squat, reach, and handle exposure to varying temperatures/conditions; on-the-job training includes customer service orientation, interactive computer programs, and hands-on practice.
