Job Summary
Customer Service Representatives needed at Domino's Pizza location on 1708 Parkway Dr. Responsibilities include operating store equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking and processing telephone orders, inventory and paperwork, and daily cleaning. Requires strong communication skills (verbal, written, telephone) to take and process orders over the phone and in person; basic math for monetary changes; ability to enter orders via keyboard or touch screen. Training is provided on the job. Flexible schedules supporting part or full-time hours; opportunities for growth within the store.
Required Qualifications
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
