Assist customers via phone and in person for carryout orders at Domino's, provide polite and knowledgeable service, follow WOW steps (Apologize, give them what they want, provide something extra), ensure order accuracy by confirming items and customer details, supervise pizza prep/process to ensure toppings are counted correctly, follow hygiene and safety rules (hands washing, Safe Delivery CBT), maintain cash handling discipline (coins, change), ensure drivers carry limited cash and wear a neat, positive image, and verify orders for accuracy before oven placement.
