Job Summary
Receive and process telephone and in-person orders, operate all equipment, and prepare pizza products from delivery area to storage. Stock ingredients in the walk-in cooler, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork while maintaining daily cleaning of equipment and facility. Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately to handle monetary change and process orders using a computer or touch screen. Work primarily from a standing position under varying temperatures and weather conditions, lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing trays weighing up to 7.5 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to direct activities
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks

- Ability to carry trays of pizza dough weighing approximately 12 pounds per tray
- Ability to push a stack of trays on a dolly requiring a force of up to 7.5 pounds
- Ability to navigate stairs or climb a ladder
- Forward bending at the waist
- Ability to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes
- Ability to use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel
