Job Summary
Receive and process telephone and in-person orders while operating all store equipment. Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler. Prepare product, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and the facility daily. Handle bulk product deliveries, unload cases up to 50 pounds, and carry large cans or trays of dough. Work primarily from a standing position, navigating varying temperatures and weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to direct activities
