Job Summary
Take telephone and in-person orders, process them accurately, and handle cash transactions while demonstrating a friendly, positive attitude. Prepare high-quality pizzas, manage food and portion control, and maintain hygiene and food safety standards throughout the store. Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, and perform general cleaning duties daily. Manage inventory, complete associated paperwork, and handle customer concerns and up-selling opportunities. Work in varying temperatures and conditions, lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing trays, while ensuring precise motor coordination and data entry.
