Job Summary
Answer the phone or assist carryout customers politely while demonstrating the customer WOW steps: apologize, provide what they want, and offer something extra. Count pepperoni and ham on every order daily regardless of topping amount, and repeat every order to confirm accuracy and name/address. Ensure drivers have $1 in coin change, say "Let me get your change" on every order, and verify they have completed Safe Delivery CBT. Maintain a perfect image, keep vehicles neat and clean, and ensure all drivers wash hands prior to making products. Adhere to strict rules regarding clearing pizzas, carrying cash limits, and prohibited items like pocket knives.

- Answering the phone or assisting carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner while being helpful and knowledgeable of our menu
- Being in perfect image according to standard
- Knowing and demonstrating customer WOW steps 1) Apologize 2) Give them what they want 3) give them something extra
- Count peperoni and ham on every order every day no matter the topping amount when ordered
- Not clearing pizzas before it is ready to place in the oven
- Having $1 in coin change on every delivery
- Saying Let me get your change on every order NO EXCEPTION
- Not carrying more than $20 while on the clock including personal money
- Not having a pocket knife or any weapon while working
- Having driver vehicles that are neat and clean and in positive image while working
- Not being routed early or checked in early from delivery
- Washing hands prior to making products
- Using only proper procedure for products
- Having done Safe Delivery CBT
- Repeating every order for accuracy and confirming name and address
