Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at Domino’s Pizza, you will be the first point of contact for customers, taking and processing orders accurately in-person and over the phone, handling payments, and providing friendly service to enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, entering orders, making product recommendations, handling promotions, resolving complaints, assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness of workstations and restrooms, ensuring health and safety standards, working collaboratively to meet service goals, stocking/inventory support, and performing physical tasks as needed while thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must be at least 16 years old and capable of standing for extended periods.
