As a Customer Service Representative at Domino’s Pizza, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their orders are taken accurately and their concerns are handled efficiently. You will assist in food preparation, maintain store cleanliness, and provide friendly service to enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers in-person and over the phone, accurately entering orders into the system and handling payments, providing product recommendations and promotions, resolving complaints professionally, assisting with food preparation (including making pizzas), maintaining cleanliness of workstations, lobby, and restrooms, ensuring health and safety standards, working effectively as part of a team to meet service goals, assisting with stocking and inventory management, and leveraging strong communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
