Job Summary
Customer Service Representative position at a Domino’s franchise location in Goose Creek, SC. Responsibilities include operating store equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and maintaining a clean facility. Requires strong verbal and written communication skills, basic math for handling cash and making change, ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Opportunities for growth toward management or advanced roles within the franchise. Must be at least 16 years old; background check required for candidates aged 18 and over. This role is with an independent franchisee, not Domino’s Corporate.
Required Qualifications
- You must be 16 years of age or older
- All candidates 18 and over must pass a Background check
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility daily
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Occasional crouching, squatting, bending, or stairs while performing job tasks
- Must maintain clean and proper uniform per Domino's standards
