Job Summary
Domino’s Pizza Customer Service Representative will be the voice of the brand, taking phone orders, answering questions about the menu and delivery services, resolving customer concerns with patience, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, using basic computer/point-of-sale skills to process orders and provide friendly, enthusiastic service while upholding Domino’s standards and enjoying pizza discounts and growth opportunities.
