Job Summary
Take phone orders with accuracy and efficiency while answering questions about the menu, promotions, and delivery services. Provide excellent customer service with a smile, addressing and resolving concerns with patience to ensure every customer has a positive experience. Work as part of a team to maintain smooth operations, adhering to strict pizza-making standards and professional image requirements. This role supports GO Pizza, a locally owned Domino's franchise in Durham, NC, offering competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within the company.
Required Qualifications
- Must make Perfect Pizzas every time by adhering to a strict adherence to Domino's pizza-making standards and procedures.
- Must maintain 100% Image at all times to maintain a clean and professional appearance, while adhering to the Domino's dress code, and representing the brand positively.
- Must work with Hustle and Energy we have a need for a fast-paced and efficient work style.
- Must be friendly and have a smile with all customers, the importance of excellent customer service and a positive attitude are the foundation of our business.
- Must be 16 years of age.
- Ability to communicate respectfully.
- Ability to work with a team.
