Job Summary
Receive and process telephone and in-person orders while operating all store equipment. Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and the walk-in cooler, then prepare products and take inventory. Clean equipment and the facility daily. Handle bulk product deliveries, unload cases using a hand truck, and carry large cans, pizza sauce, and dough trays. Work primarily from a standing position with occasional sitting for paperwork. Perform repetitive tasks under varying weather conditions and temperatures ranging from 36 to 90 degrees. Complete associated paperwork and utilize computers or touch screens to enter orders.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

- Ability to push a stack of trays on a dolly requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force
- Ability to navigate stairs or climb a ladder
- Forward bending at the waist
- Ability to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes
- Ability to use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel
