Job Summary
Receive and process telephone and in-person orders while operating all store equipment. Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and walk-in coolers, prepare product, and take inventory to complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and the facility daily. Handle bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds using a hand truck and carry large cans or trays of dough. Work primarily from a standing position with occasional sitting for paperwork, navigating varying temperatures and weather conditions. Available for Friday and Saturday evenings.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Eye-hand coordination
- Use of hands is continuous during the day
- Ability to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
- Depth perception
- Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgements and decisions
- Must be available for work on Friday and Saturday evenings
