Job Summary
Take telephone and in-person orders, process payments, and handle cash transactions while demonstrating positive customer service skills. Prepare high-quality pizzas, manage food and portion control, and maintain hygiene and food safety standards throughout the kitchen. Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, and clean the facility daily. Perform general cleaning duties, manage inventory, and complete associated paperwork. Handle bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and navigate varying weather conditions for outside tasks.
