Job Summary
Receive and process telephone orders; stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler; prepare product; clean equipment and facility as requested. Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Perform basic math to provide correct change. Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor as the first contact for phone-in and carryout customers. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Most tasks are performed standing (no chairs provided).
