Receive and process telephone orders, stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage and walk-in coolers, and prepare products. Clean equipment and facilities as requested while communicating verbally with customers and co-workers to handle both phone and in-person inquiries. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor and accurately calculate change using basic math skills. Perform all tasks primarily from a standing position, requiring the ability to stand for long periods. Maintain confidentiality of all information in accordance with EEO guidelines.
