Job Summary
Being a Domino's Customer Service Rep, you will handle telephone and in-person orders, prepare products, stock ingredients, and assist with inventory and paperwork. You’ll operate equipment, maintain clean facilities, and communicate effectively with customers and team members to process orders in a fast-paced pizza-store environment. Training is provided on the job, with opportunities for advancement within the store and franchise network. The role requires basic math skills for monetary transactions, the ability to follow written instructions, and strong customer service and teamwork capabilities. Physical tasks include standing, lifting ingredients and supplies, and occasional movement around the store. Location: New Smyrna Beach, FL. Work arrangement is in-person.
Required Qualifications
- You must be 16 years of age or older.
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
