Job Summary
Receive and process telephone orders and carryout customer interactions verbally and in person. Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler. Prepare products, clean equipment and facility as requested, and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor. Perform basic math skills to accurately give change. Most tasks are performed from a standing position, requiring the ability to stand for long periods of time.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to do basic math skills (accurately give change)
- Have an outgoing personality with our customers
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor
