Job Summary
Receive and process telephone orders, stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage and walk-in coolers, and prepare products. Clean equipment and facility as requested while communicating verbally with customers and co-workers to handle both phone and in-person inquiries. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor, applying basic math skills for accurate change. Perform most tasks from a standing position for extended periods. Maintain confidentiality of all information per EEO guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to do basic math skills (accurately give change)
- Have an outgoing personality with our customers
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
