Operate all equipment in a restaurant setting, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler, prepare product, receive/process telephone orders, take inventory and complete associated paperwork, clean equipment and facility daily, and perform basic arithmetic for transactions; strong verbal/written communication and ability to enter orders via keyboard or touch screen, with attention to accuracy and speed.
