Job Summary
Customer Service Representative role performing in-store order preparation and customer interaction. Responsibilities include preparing orders for food and beverages received by phone or in person, verifying prices and nomenclature, informing customers of unit prices and potential delays, entering data into the computer to calculate total costs, suggesting menu items and substitutions when items are not available, answering questions about food or service, handling payments, and maintaining a clean, friendly store environment. On-the-job training provided; experience is preferred. Must have strong verbal communication with customers and team members and be available to work weekends (Friday to Sunday).
