Operate equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage/work area and walk-in cooler, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete associated paperwork, clean equipment and facility daily. Must be able to perform basic arithmetic (add/subtract/multiply/divide) accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Proficient keyboard or touchscreen order entry and ability to understand written instructions; strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions.
