Customer Service Rep duties include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing related paperwork, daily cleaning of equipment and facility, and handling monetary transactions with accurate change. Must have strong verbal and written communication to take and process orders with customers and coworkers, enter orders via computer keyboard or touch screen, comprehend written instructions, and perform fast, accurate math.
