Job Summary
CSR responsibilities include taking orders over the phone and in person, greeting customers within 10 seconds, building relationships, up selling, cash handling, keeping the customer area clean, and assisting Pizza Makers with toppings and dough. Pizza Maker responsibilities include making Domino's pizzas, food and portion control, hygiene and food safety, food preparation, and general cleaning. The role emphasizes in-store customer service, front-line customer care, on-the-job training, and opportunities for career progression within a Domino’s franchise. Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-Team Members to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Depth perception
- Near and mid-range vision
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
