Job Summary
Operate equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler, prepare product, and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork, and maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility on a daily basis. Must perform accurate basic math and cash handling, including giving correct monetary change. Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication to take and process orders from customers and co-workers, both over the phone and in person. Proficiency with entering orders via computer keyboard or touch screen and ability to understand written instructions. All information kept confidential per EEO guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
