Job Summary
Receive and process customer orders via in-store and phone channels, prepare all products, and stock ingredients across storage, production, and walk-in cooler areas. Clean equipment and facility daily while distributing various marketing materials. Communicate verbally with customers and team members using a positive attitude, adhering to all image and uniform standards. Perform tasks requiring accurate math, monetary change calculation, and computer keyboard entry. Work primarily from a standing position with occasional lifting up to 30 pounds and infrequent ladder climbing.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- reliable transportation

- Ability to work alone and with others
- Desire to meet high quality control standards, even in fast-paced circumstances
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)

- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard and touch screen
- Strong hand/eye coordination
- Ability to receive instruction and complete tasks within a specified period of time
- Most tasks are performed from a standing position and team members are expected to remain in this position for extended periods of time
