Job Summary
Provide in-store customer service as a Store Team Member by operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and processing telephone and in-person orders. Responsibilities include inventory management and related paperwork, maintaining cleanliness of equipment and facilities, and communicating effectively with customers and co-workers to accurately process orders. Requires basic arithmetic for monetary transactions, proficiency with keyboard or touchscreen order entry, and adaptability to temperature variations and kitchen/food-service hazards such as fumes and moving equipment. Knowledge of safety and accuracy in handling orders, cash handling, and verbal/writing communication is essential.
Required Qualifications
