Customer Service Rep(03449) - 608 Broadway

Operate equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area, and prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete related paperwork, and clean equipment and facility daily. Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately; make correct monetary change; enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Work conditions include varying outside weather, cold and hot temperatures, fumes from food odors, and potential exposure to cornmeal dust. Must be able to process orders with accuracy and speed, and handle mix of desk and physical tasks in a store environment.
