Job Summary
Customer Service Rep responsible for operating equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage and work areas, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing related paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness. Requires strong math skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers, as well as proficiency in entering orders via keyboard or touch screen. Must be able to work in varying temperatures and environments, including coolers and near hot equipment, while safely handling moving parts and kitchen hazards.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers to process orders
- Ability to receive and process telephone orders
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to stock ingredients and perform inventory and related paperwork
- Ability to operate all equipment
- Ability to work in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions
- Ability to work in walk-in cooler and safely handle hot surfaces and moving machinery
