Job Summary
Take orders over the phone and in person, handle cash transactions, and upsell customers while demonstrating friendly service skills. Prepare high-quality pizzas, manage food and portion control, and maintain hygiene and food safety standards throughout the store. Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler, and clean equipment and the facility daily. Receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork while ensuring accurate calculations and change-making. Manage bulk product deliveries, lift heavy cases, and perform general cleaning duties in varying weather conditions and temperature extremes.
