Job Summary
Receive and process telephone and in-person orders while operating all store equipment. Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and walk-in coolers, then prepare product and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and the facility daily, manage inventory, and unload bulk deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds. Perform repetitive assembly tasks including shaping dough, using a pizza cutter, and manipulating a pizza peel. Work in varying temperatures ranging from 36 to 90 degrees, handle hot surfaces up to 500 degrees, and navigate cramped quarters. Make correct monetary change and enter orders via computer or touch screen.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions

- Pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds carried from the storage room to the front of the store

- Infrequent navigation of stairs or climbing a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance
- Forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station

- Reaching above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves
