Job Summary
Take telephone and in-person orders, process payments, and handle cash transactions while demonstrating a friendly, positive attitude. Prepare high-quality pizzas, manage food and portion control, and maintain hygiene and food safety standards throughout the kitchen. Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, and perform general cleaning duties daily. Manage inventory, complete associated paperwork, and communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers to ensure accurate order processing. Handle varying weather conditions and adverse work environments while meeting strict quality control standards.
