Job Summary
Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately while preparing and making pizzas according to company standards. Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently, address inquiries, and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, assist with cleaning and restocking supplies, and collaborate with team members during busy periods. Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. Work various shifts including weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus.
