Customer Service Representative needed at our Springfield pizza restaurant. You will greet customers, answer incoming calls, take and prepare accurate orders, process cash and card transactions, maintain a clean and organized work area, and collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth restaurant operations. The role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, basic math for transactions, proficiency with POS systems, and the physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods. Weekend, holiday, and varied shift availability are needed. Training is provided for food handling and adherence to policies and procedures to ensure order accuracy and high-quality service.
