Job Summary
Answer phone calls, take customer orders, prepare pizzas, and process cash transactions while maintaining accurate records. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and uphold store cleanliness through various cleaning tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations while lifting items up to 25 lbs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in a fast-paced setting. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; food handling experience is a plus.
