Job Summary
Customer Service Representative / Pizza Maker role focused on delivering high-quality customer interactions and food preparation at a St. Charles, IL location. Required Qualifications
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Memorized knowledge of the menu
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Smile over the phone and in person
- Prepare all food products
- Clean, sweep and keep the front of the store clean
- On-the-job training provided
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders
- Clear and upbeat speaking voice
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly
- Make correct monetary change
