Job Summary
Manage customer service inquiries and handle telephone communications while maintaining strict quality control standards. Perform repetitive tasks including pizza dough shaping, topping assembly, and operating the pizza cutter and rolling tools. Unload bulk product deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds using a hand truck and stack cases onto shelves up to 72 inches high. Navigate varying weather conditions for outside tasks and work in temperatures ranging from 36 to 90 degrees. Complete paperwork at a desk and occasionally climb ladders to change prices on signs.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgements and decisions
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
- Depth perception
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- Eye-hand coordination
- Use of hands is continuous during the day
- Ability to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza boxes
- Ability to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel
