Job Summary
Receive and process telephone and in-person orders while operating all store equipment. Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler. Prepare pizzas and manage inventory by completing associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facilities daily. Handle bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds using a hand truck and carry trays of dough. Perform repetitive tasks including shaping dough, using a pizza cutter, and manipulating a pizza peel. Work under varying weather conditions and in temperatures ranging from 36 to 90 degrees. Complete orientation and training on the job.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
- Depth perception
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
